 Post subject: Sync not Working

When I sync with another iPhone, select the email from my contacts and tap share. Then nothing happens other than I am sent back to the list. This is new behavior, I've never had trouble syncing/sharing before.

Can you please try to share lists from Friends option on the home screen.

Also, some e-mail provider have a SPAM filter which stops the share request. You than need to disabled this SPAM filter and the request goes through.

You can also try to create a new user (just change the email address in
your current to some other email address first, because there cannot be
two users with the same email), and then try to share with that other
user name.

I also have tried everything and sync is not working. I confirmed that my wife and I each have our own email address and login within the Shopper iPhone app. I tried to share within the Friend section and the list section. When I enter her email address and click the share button, nothing happens. I am pretty sure this feature may be broke on iPhone 4 iOS 4.0.1

Same problem for me...
Tried to send a "share mail" to 3 different addresses, but none of them was delivered (spam-folders checked, addresses correct etc).
I don't think it's iPhone 4 related as I have an 3GS, but ios4...

I know I've been able to do this in the past.

Sucks as this feature is what I like best with this app.

Oh, upgraded to 8.5 (10249) yesterday, but can't see any obvious changes except that "favorites" was renamed to "reminders" (in Swedish)...ie this did not solve the list sharing issue either.

Could you try to share a list from our web client, just log into with your user name / pass combination that you use for shopper sharing, and try to share the list from there. Here is the address:

I have the same problem. Sync via webb to mine and my wife's ipone is working, but not if I update the list on either of the iphones.

Is there a bug in the system that doesn't allow sync between iphones?
In that case - the shopper-app just lost it's glory.

When I went to here (http://web.myshopperapp.com/app/) and logged in I was able to share a list - at least the friend received the email, but when the link in the email is clicked a message is returned from Safari (on the iPhone) indicating the page cannot be opened, because the address is invalid.

I also notice that not all of my lists are showing on the web version. (Resolved)

Opening the the email link in Mail on my iMac resolved the invalid link error received when trying to open it on the iPhone. Sharing/syncing seems to be working at this point.

One issue is that there is no feedback one way or the other following the attempt to share a list. It's only after the individual with whom you intended to share the list activates it from their end and the list icon changes that you know anything at all happened.

I am having the exact same problem. Both my wife and I downloaded the app and registered. We have both tried syncing lists with each other, but we get nothing... no lists, no error messages.... nothing!

This is THE main reason we bought the app. This should be fixed immediately - I feel like this was bait-and-switch.
